hello.. i had a bad experience with hostsailor.com i think those india scumbags are scammers.. they gave me a blacklisted ip from spamhaus and ip which not working 185.106.122.110 when i told them regarding this issue they started the rude support on their live chat and how i need to use tickets and if i continue they will terminate me.. i gone and told them that i will post this experience and to do as i wish.. i posted the comments on multiple locations and magically after that it got disappear.. they are opening fake accounts and start advertising their shitty service to people and pretending to be customers which used their service.. their service is total shit and they are scammers they not offer the refund even if it is in their terms of service.. they claim they are managed but they are not they do this only to attract you and when you ask help they remove you from their service or talk bad to you.. more proof here https://www.spamhaus...query/SBL274856

 

 

 

In the past year, this network has become one of the worst spam & cybercrime hosts on earth. They seem to have no way, or perhaps no wish, to stop cybercriminals from obtaining services on their network. We cannot advise our users to accept traffic from this network at this time.

With all due respect to the freedom of speech and censorship you mentioning, but this kind of language is a clear proof why you had problems with our staff members, there are 1000 ways to resolve issues, verbal abuse and insulting words are not part of them, the forums and sites removed your posts because you have many contradicting threads as well as verbal abuse and racism were part of them, we have no power on what sites do as a result of your posts, blacklists are caused by abusers and we act upon them, refund is available, but you can't expect to verbally abuse the staff, and abuse the services then ask for a refund.

Sure you do. i have used you in past and only downtime and if you make a high cpu load you get suspended and gets threat you will get suspended for abusing  you are heavy oversold on the nodes and this is the reason your datacenter by the way is nforce and you not ignore dmca even if you advertise it! You are very rude on the support and that the true reality of it. now try any of the methods you do to remove the posts you not like.

The screen shot you showing is one user from thousands of our users, so I am not sure what tactic you are speaking about, if we're proactive on forums and sites, that's not a bad thing, I am sure this sends a signal that we have care for our users, abusing services, spamming services, or causing problems on our network is something we have to work and act upon, to make sure the hundreds of other users are not affected, so sadly yes we might lose a user or two during this process, but in the end we save the other users, and keep the stability of our promised SLA met, we are not perfect and can't please everyone, but for this reason I'm here to speak to everyone and make sure we can offer more attention to every single issue found.

We do not allow it, so why would you want us to write it? as I mentioned earlier on, we have to act upon abuse, and work with the law not against it, if we find issues we solve them, and we can't ignore abuse I'm afraid, Netherlands and Romania are our locations and they both do not allow such activities, for that people can find other providers for their services.
