i want a review on undergroundprivate.com to check if it is some scam since i am newbie and i looking for offshore shared hosting

i will be honest with you, udnergroundprivate.com is the only last offshore provider per my opinion i am serious on this, on market there is Indian or Pakistan providers which claims they are offshore and some nasty Russian which not care at you look veesp.com and leak you, they are very friendly and have awesome services per my opinion and many community members are with them, no downtime or some other issues.
