hi i am checking various of sources around the internet and reading that knownsrv.com and contabo.com provider are DMCA ignored.. is it true?

Neither of those two providers you wrote are actually good and not DMCA ignored, in the best case you will face a criminal charge for the copyrighted material and your files will seized. Stay away from those providers! The knownsrv.com its a croatian guy which before years was good now its terrible and very spooky provider.
