- 8-10 GB RAM (Dedicated)
- cPanel Licenses/WHM License

- Fully Managed by the webhosting company
For 40GBP (52 USD)/Month?

With such a low budget you go no where, you need to increase the budget a little bit more.

My advice is you go to a managed provider with cheap licenses for me i would suggest you to contact undergroundprivate.com this is a well know hosting provider they will help you and price will be the cheapest.

@Pirate Tony i have contacted them and within 5 minutes they answer, i could not believe it! I will order definetely with them since price is awesome they give me unlimited cPanel for 13.5$ / month and Litespeed 20$ per month the Web Host Elite one with unlimited workers, rest licenses are free of charge to them! All this in price of 80$ i could not believe it still.

For which reason you would use anyways VPN? Get your own dedicated server for streaming preferable get this servers 1 or 2 of them https://undergroundp...tedservers.html and directly stream from there no need to get VPN or so, or even use this servers as proxy they are the most quality now years in the market all rest is total zero with lags and downtimes.

Agree with Pirate Tony totally for the method, you not need a VPN but a dedicated server the one he gave you is the best till now and on our hidden community everyone uses it till now without interuption next time please do open your own topic its free.
