I have found a nice document with the best offshore hosting providers in 2020 - 2021, i would like to discuss it with everyone regarding this doc and write your thought per my opinion most of those providers are not offshore and not DMCA ignored of course not accurate at all too, the doc is this let's make the conversation which providers is truly offshore and DMCA ignored

This listing of google doc is probably some marketing this is fake most of them and too much dangerous

 

example knowsrv.com is NOT offshore and NOT DMCA ignored, this croatian person is just a noob with reselling and claiming he has a datacenter, support is terrible and too much times you will see fake reviews from his bots, personally i used him and is terrible than enough.

 

shinjiru.com / abelohost.com / blueangelhost.com and sharkserve.rs is not offshore and its same provider under the same company with different names, they are running google adwords to attract you then suspend you and it has being heard they give the data or sell it, all those are indian providers with terrible network, they not ignore the DMCA

 

netengi.com is a well know scammer which i saw last weeks on various of forums he is involved into criminal activity like DDoSing other people domains with high traffic, not trusted.

 

hostsailor.com same network with knowsrv.com and they are not DMCA ignored at all

 

theonionhost.com is not offshore not dmca ignored and not allow adult

 I have heard that knowsrv.com is making partnership with the authorities and when they ask for data of the customer he gives it, its not the same provider as it was years ago. For shinjiru.com yes i saw they run a marketing trick campaign, imagine how many victims fall under their trap.

Netengi.com a criminal person under many other fake names here , since 2016 we have getting that this person is a scam and should be avoid and confrimed it with below.

Netengin has being also banned from wjunction.com for illegal activities and scam against other people.

 

Another big scammer is offshorededicated.net we have many reports on our hidden forum how he sells guarantee dedicated port but actually is shared ports with limited bandwidth and they are not ignoring all the requests

I personally and many people from this community used them and its just a terrible person with not good support, you will await much time they resolve a single issue and network is not stable at all.
