hello my current provider has started telling me that i need to move from the hosting since they are getting lot of abuse, is there any provider you recomend me that ignores totaly dmca?

There is difference between offshore and offshore in term of country laws. The company I use for my VPS provider ( **** ) is offshore but they are still following the laws in Bulgaria (Europe) . For example they do not allow child porn / p2p , torrents , Phishing & SPAM. They do allow adult content and running warez website as long you are not hosting the copyrighted materials e.g I run a scripts sharing website and I link to 3th party downloading provider.  They also ignore DMCA since they are not in USA.

 

It all depends on what you need the offshore hosting for.
