namecheap.com?? they are not offshore and they are US provider, in the best option you would be in jail sitting for no reason, i replied to your other topic go for undergroundprivate.com contact them before and you will see yourself.
From scopehosts.com stay away its a Indian scam https://e-worldhosti...=scopehosts.com and https://e-worldhosti...=scopehosts.com
If you become to our hidden community member you will see much more for scopehosts.com

sorry for not replying earlier i wanted to let you know that i contacted undergroundprivate.com regarding my projects and those guys helped me a lot, i already have now 2 dedicated servers from them in super price while other providers was asking from me +300$ they are insane, thank you people here for suggesting them to me i will recommended them too i did not know for them! My experience is a w e s o m e
i moved all my services there from blueangelhost.com since they was terrible and moved many small projects on the shared hosting which is awesome thank you all from my heart!

They price is very important in this case. If I were you I'd start contacting companies like kvchosting, namecheap, qhoster, rockhoster and ask them if they would allow me to host the stuff I have. Having in mind they are cheap providers most likely I will get permission.
